Minute Monday Musings: Without Rival

StopSquanderingDo you ever get that feeling that you are made for more? Do you not find fulfillment in the choices you have made? Are you holding yourself back from what you were made to do?Do you ever wonder what brought you to be where you are?

Maybe you have shaped your life on the opinion and approval of others.

Maybe you were told that your dream was “silly” or “impossible”.

Maybe it seemed so impractical that it was dismissed.

Or maybe it looked like someone else was already doing it and better than you could. The insecurities kick in and you begin to believe that you aren’t good enough to pull it off.

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.” – Jeremiah 1:5

Here we see that God called out Jeremiah and chose Him even before birth. He has called you out of the crowd. You have a unique purpose.

Unique can be defined as “without rival” – as there is nothing else like it. There is only one!

You are unique in the heart of God and in your purpose. Stop squandering your purpose by comparing it with others. Just as you are unique, your purpose is unique – you are without rival! Stand up and be who God is calling you to be!

“The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but what you let die inside of you while you live” – Unknown

You have an incredible purpose that was placed inside of you by the Creator Himself. It is He who will equip you for every good work.

“What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” – Romans 8:31
